Just as a wild guess, they might be PVC'c/pre-ventricular contractions, or PAC's/premature atrial contractions, or maybe SVT's/supra-ventricular tachycardia. When I was told I had these, I couldn't tell them apart. Dughhh!!

Years later, when the heart's electrical system got worse, and after the cure, most of us don't worry about them because 5 seconds of a jumping bean heart, is so much better than having constant racing heart, with dizzyness, nausea, fainting, that we are grateful.

I will say that your symptoms were the very early signs...like 30yrs ago, of the beginnings of my irregular heart, which slowly became full flegded Atrial Fibrillation, A-flutter, and even some ventricular flutters.

Most doctors would say to wait untill you have symptoms that interfear with your activities, and then see an Electrophysiologist. You'll know.
