Patrick: I agree with Sarah re: the doctors mentioned from the CC. They will consult and determine which cure is best for you. If you have valvular problems, a maze is a nearly routine part of a valve repair, and the CC is first rate in the repair department, as opposed to replacement, which is a last resort for them.
I hope you don't find any significant stenosis, as it is certainly one of the risks of a PVA vs. the Cox Maze III (which can be done by Dr. Daminano at St. Louis, who was Dr. Cox' successor there). I do NOT know who does valve repairs there and their success rate.
