I do agree with DR Lam, however I also should say that you people underestimate the natural aproach. I am following different protocol. Strange but people forget such health pioner as Paul C Bragg and his Book Miracle of Fasting. I have been fasting every Friday since February this year and should say that I got much much better than I was. Also my simptoms were sharpening first two - four month than I suddenly I got improved. And I keep improving. I still get skiped heart beat once in a while but it became rear.
It is not a fast process not like taking a pill.
I think it takes at least a year to notice CONSIDRABLE difference. Just read Paul C Bragg books as "Miracle of Fasting" and also "Water the shocking truth"
But those are not the fast approches
