Double-pulse "P" waves

When I visited the cardiologist a month ago (he told me don't come back for 12 months), he remarked that my "P" waves were double pulses, rather than a single pulse.
Searching the Internet, I have found that this may indicate an enlarged left atrium.
Since I feel really good and am off all meds, I am not worried about it. But if anyone knows any more about this condition, I would appreciate hearing.
