I had the McCarthy maze almost a year ago. If you were to check all my past posts you would find that I too complained about fast resting HR post maze. It took a long time for mine to come down. I think that nerves get damaged during the maze and take a long time to reconnect. About a mo ago my resting rate just dropped about 10 bpm overnight! It was almost like some nerve just reconnected or something.
