Steve--I've just finished the maze at CC and Jack and Carl are right about their pointers. I am 45 and in pretty good shape but was suprised at how puny I was after the surgery. My lungs are not back to full capacity yet and I get winded VERY fast. I'm 7 days post op and no 1/2 mile for me yet. I was also suprised at how the pain was not as big a deal as I thought it would be. Use the spirometer!
