I read, and participated on another board..."LAF bulliten board" and it didn't take me long to see that their aproach was blind experimentation on themselves. Some believed that a strict diet, elimenatiing ALL foods processed, or not "whole" helped.(this ment not ever eating out, or at friends homes)Lot's of vitamins. A special carbonated magnezium drink, chewing your heart pills, etc.etc.Bottom line for me was "You can't begin know if you are changing the chemistry of your heart cells, or endocrine system that affects AF all by yourself." It also felt like way too much time spent thinking about myself, and my poor health. I don't have time to waste on that much negative. Life has too many other goodies to think about, so i decided to get it fixed, if at all possible, and free myself up to LIVE!!
