Thanks for sharing your experience. Like you, I thought that stress and alcohol had something to do with developing my Afib. I too was told by my GP that I had "flutter" at about 2 months, but the next day my cardiologist said it was sinus rhythm,and that the GP had misread the EKG because the HR was high.
