Scott: It's great to see your post of good news/happy ending. I guess all of us from the mid January '01 group who are aware of this site are afib-free. Six-for-six! Pretty darned impressive, given the number of us who were there then.
I wish I knew of the others, since I am sure there were 2-3 more.
Your experience with post-maze drugs were similar to mine, although I didn't have afib. I just felt a whole lot better and my HR went down as soon as my local EP cut, then elimininated the cautionary dosage prescribed when I left the CC.
Keep reminding new posters about how good it feels to be afib-free.
