Sarah: Hey! So you might have to wait a couple of months. Hopefully your back will be recovered so you can "lie still" by then. I'm sure it wouldn't have been fun to try to be on your back during the ablation and the recovery for several hours, had you tried to do both. Mike is right on with his advice. Relax and look forward to Spring, when your heart in NSR can enjoy the flowers, etc. while you do some walking (and obviously, some laughing). Winter is no fun for outdoors rehab anyway.
