The back surgery at CCF was a rude interuption on my schedule to get cured of this AF! I am surprised with a 7"incision, with 33staples. The "tumor"which may be a synovial fluid filled sac, is off to lab,and i had Bi-lat foraminectomy L4,L5,S1 with removal of enough bone to set free squeezed purple lateral nerves.

Dr. Schweikert doesn't think i'll be ready to lie still, on my back untill spring. The monitor report of late is that i'm having break through runs of AF, PAC's, and junctional rythms.(i'll have to look that up). He says we will talk on phone, and decide what and when. The day after i saw him, he cancelled pt.'s because he got flu!

In recovery, i heard someone reporting that i'd had AF and one "heart block". Gotta' look that up too. Right now, i can only sit for about 10min. Walking, and lying down are my best things. You guys should feel honored that you got my 10min worth for today...lol
