I had WPW surgery with Dr. James Cox at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis in 1990, and my roommate had had Maze surgery. Dr. Cox, who wrote the book on modern day arrhythmia treatment and surgery, developed the Maze procedure. Unfortunately, after moving to Georgetown, I'm told he no longer practices. However, this surgery has matriculated out to all your major centers.
