Pretty much correct with one significant exception. Isolated ventricular beats don't qualify as v tach. The distinction is important, because vpbs in another wise healthy (no coronary artery disease, past MI or congestive heart failure) heart do not have an ominous prognosis. String a few together one after another, that's v tach, it's not good. There is increased risk for sudden death and the person is a candidate for an AICD (implanted cardiac defibrillator).
