I know as I read through the newsgroup here, sometimes it looks like an Olympic team in training. I was never able to exercise much after the MAZE due to my lower back problems. Yet, the heart has healed up fine and except for a few PVC's for a couple weeks at about 18 months, it has been NSR all the way. I feel like my heart could handle just about anything I want to do without limitations. If I could just get my lower back to cooperate I'd be back skiing, motocrossing and running.
I've worried myself how much not exercising hard might affect things, but I don't see any problem whatsoever. Of course, exercise is preferable, but I seem to have done ok not being able to.
