My insurance carrier is AetnaUSHealthcare. I am covered under their POS (Point of Service) HMO. The Cleveland Clinic was the only preferred provider I found (which had already been recommended by my EP). I might have tried somewhere else, but was very pleased with the treatment and my results. So far, my medical bills from the CC have exceeded $58,000. I have been required to pay $15, Aetna has paid the rest. I am not too disappointed!
