Just new here and want to get an advise

I am 31 years old man and have had Lone Afib since 1999
My attacks are usually in the morning and could last form 1 hour up to 15. Before the attack I ussually have uset somack ??? what ever. Would you recommend me go to CC for check up. Because I am tired of this attacks (You all know what it is like).
I Live in New York and work in New Jersey
Sorry for spelling and grammar errors (I am Russian and here since 1998)
Also I am trying to make friends and find people like me just to exchange expirience.
