I would strongly recommend that you talk with the staff at the Cleveland Clinic that did your MAZE surgery. I know that it is a long trip from Egypt to Cleveland, but if I were in your position I would arrange to go back to the Cleveland Clinic and let them do a complete evaluation. That is probably the only way that you will be able to get answers to all of your questions. What ever the answer is the Cleveland Clinic will be able to perform the appropriate procedure. Good Luck.
