Troy, I would say that my experience is very similar to Carl's in that back when I was in really good shape and much younger (14 years in AFib), my heart rate was in the 40's. Now it is much like Carl's and I probably need to work harder but, again, I'm older (58) so I can't expect what I used to do. The key to all of this is that I no longer have to worry about drugs and I can live a life of someone 20 years younger.
