Anne, there seems to be little set pattern to how everyone responds newly post op from the maze. There are several that do have episodes of AF, or junctional rhythm for a while. Some require medication for awhile, and some as myself don't.
Your energy will return soon. I think the more you can walk and build up your strength the better, and faster everything will fall in place for you.
You will probably get some replies from some that had similar experiences as yours.
