Four months plus

Its been over four months since I was in Rochester for the MAZE. Things have progressed better then I had hoped. My rate is still a bit fast but in NSR and I dont think I have sliped back into a-fib. I went back to work after eight weeks, was tired at first but got back into the swing quickly. My excersize is Tai Chi and I went into Chicago the end of June for a workshop. It was nice spending a day working hard but better still having a clear head for the drive in and back was wonderful. I used to worry about going into a-fib while driving. No more feeling like I might slide to the floor, regaining control is most wonderful. The amio should be out of my body. Life is simpler and that is good.
