I purchased my micro-coagulation machine (the ProTime) from Quality Assured Services. (800) 298-4515. I can test more frequently and at home with the ProTime machine. I find that more frequent testing allows me to stay in the therapeutic range more of the time. The cost is around $1,500 or less if you pay for it yourself.
