Good luck to you Dave. This site has put me on a course I have searched for for 8 years. Like you ,I had afib for years and did not know it. If it weren't for this site ,these local Drs. would still be looking for their magic pill. The maze has straightened me out for 10 weeks now and everything is going fine. I'm walking farther and faster than I could before the maze. Get educated as to what to expect and you will find the recovery progresses rather well.
Good luck with your daughter's wedding. I wish we had a picture of all of the mazers together, so you could see how happy it has made us.
