David: I am continually amazed at how many people have watched posts on this site and decide upon "taking charge" of their lives/health, without ever posting any questions. I was not as fearless, although my maze was decided upon in the "infancy" of Jack's website, when only a few "mazers" had found it. I am confident that you, like so many dozens since me, will soon be in NSR for good. Do NOT be upset if you have a few episodes post-maze, since they are expected in a third of all mazers, and may appear for a few months.
