My husband had four additional surgeries after the maze! He had pericardial fluid drained in Cleveland, came back to Rochester and developed a sternal wound infection that was staph! He had to have a debreedment, then a muscle flap closure. He developed a hematoma, had the 2nd muscle flap closure then last FRiday an artery burst and had to have the muscle flap redone for the 3rd time. Will this ever end? My heart goes out to you and I wish you a speedy recovery. I wish that we'd gone with the pacer!
