Hi Mike,

I too am one of the unlucky ones to experience post maze problems for a long time now. I have been post mini maze III at Cleveland Clinic for 8 plus months now. It took about 5 months to stop having episodes of Atrial Fib. However, I have had almost daily episodes of Atrial Tachycardia's. I am presently investigating Radio Frequency Ablation (RFA) and/or Pulminary Vein Ablation (PVA). I have been told that sometimes RFA can resolve some of the Atrial Tachycardia. If not, a PFA can be done. The PFA has the risk of stenosis.

Good luck to you in your research. I have begun working with Dr. Tchou at the Cleveland Clinic. Other Hospitals that do post maze ablations are in St. Louis and Washington DC.

Regards, Jim PS: Keep in touch.
