I don't recall you posting before (but my memory may be faulty) and so don't know any specifics of your past history. If you have not, I would check back with the surgeon who performed your procedure. (S)he is likely to be allied with an EP Doc who is specifically trained/familiar with dealing with post maze problems.
My experience has been, and so has the experience of others who post to this group, that EP specialists, even though extensively trained, do not know about post maze problems and how to deal with them. My own experience has been further (with my own EP) was that (s)he was unwilling to admit that there might be something that was different or specific to post maze patients that might be treated by specific means.

It is also important to know what type of maze procedure you had, and whether it involved both atria or only the right atrium.
