Hello Don, Sorry that I am a little slow posting this, and I'm glad you made successful escape.
I enjoyed e-mailing your daughters, but we can continue with that I guess. I liked Lise's web site on their lodge. I may get out that way this Summer and stop for a short visit. It looks like a beautiful place.
We both had the full open heart type, and it does take a little longer to regain your pre op physical condition. Do as much walking as you can, and enroll into a good rehab program, when you get home. I was in one after my surgery, but begin thinking that I knew more of what I could do than they did, and stopped. That wasn't really very smart.
When you get home, your going to have to get out to the tennis courts and explain to the cardiologist, how good the maze works. It's hard to argue when the proof is right before their eyes, but be ready, as they will probably try.
