Sorry, a little late on this post, Don, but I just got back from skiing at Mammoth. One of the things I've always loved about Dr. Millar (who I don't know since I was at CC) is a piece he wrote a year or so ago arguing that the use of the Maze should be expanded to the many people who just want a significant improvement in the quality of their life. To me, this is one of the major arguments for the procedure and Dr. Millar said it well. There are some slight risks to the maze procedure but to live life to the fullest always involves risks. There are probably more risks to live without the maze but most doctors and patients won't acknowledge that. Good luck to you and give my best to Dr. Millar even though I don't know him.
