There always seems te be a difference in prognosis between surgeons and cardiologists.In Holland the surgeon told me that the chance of succes of the maze was 95%.The cardiologist told me it was 80%.Still a high chance of succes.So hang in there,the chance you will be cured is still the greatest!(a lot of us had problems in the beginning).
