Dale, its great to hear how you are doing and that you are in NSR. Isn't it great to be in NSR. It sounds like you are like me not a very good back seat driver! Try to get into cardiac rehab. I started mine this past Monday. Your HR and BP are monitored while you are exercising plus they keep increasing the amount and levels every day or so. I am glad you pain has subsided. I am 6 weeks out and still have some pain from time to time at night when I roll on to my left side. Do lots of walking and soon you will be back on the Golf course and Ski slopes.
