Lee, thanks for the post on Dale. Dale, get out there and start exercising! Just keep your heart rate under 120 for the first couple of months. That's what Drs. McCarthy and Cox had told me. After that you are on your own. I'm pleased with your NSR. You seem to have a good doctor looking after you. Best of luck.
