Tom: I assume that you are being treated, preferably by an Electrophysiologist, (not that they are ALL good), and that he is aware of this problem.
How is your blood pressure? Your symptoms certainly sound exactly like those experienced by one of my employees when he thinks he doesn't have to take blood pressure meds.
