I'm a 2 year Lone Fibber (with long episodes), seriously considering the Maze. I have a question to ask of a general A Fib nature. I'm curious to know if other patients (or all patients)upon going into A Fib, experience severe headaches from blood rushing thru the face to the head?
I can deal with the enormous feelings of anxiety, and the heavy palpitations, but the headaches really get me down! I would also appreciate knowing about any medications that will help. The usual OTC stuff (Tylenoll, excedrin, etc)don't cut it.

I should also mention that as the blood rushes thru the face, incredible pressure builds up in the ears. Much greater pressure than that experienced in a high speed elevator. Thank You Very much!
