I'm a 2 year Lone Fibber (with long episodes), seriously considering the Maze. I have a question to ask of a general A Fib nature. I'm curious to know if other patients (or all patients)upon going into A Fib, experience severe headaches from blood rushing thru the face to the head?
I can deal with the enormous feelings of anxiety, and the heavy palpitations, but the headaches really get me down! I would also appreciate knowing about any medications that will help. The usual OTC stuff (Tylenoll, excedrin, etc)don't cut it.I should also mention that as the blood rushes thru the face, incredible pressure builds up in the ears. Much greater pressure than that experienced in a high speed elevator. Thank You Very much!
