I couldn't stand the aldactone, so after 3 weeks or so, I asked the Hammer about it and he got me off it before the 3 month standard. I felt much better without it. I had a minor setback at 3 months, which was a one time event(atrial tachycardia) after drinking a couple of drinks(watch out here).
