Good going Gerald. I'm sure by the end of a month on the iron, the HR will be coming down. I don't remember exactly how long it took mine to get back into the normal range, but it did take some time.
Your future should be looking good. It is so great to throw all the meds away.
I am going to post my 4 year anniversary on the 10th. I feel much better than I had for the 15 years prior to my surgery. I was only 3 years older than you when I had my surgery, so you should have a lot to look forward to.
