I know that these milestones are important, so wanted to let you know I am happy that you are in NSR after one month. I have found that every month that goes by, it gets better and better. Walking on the treadmill has helped me a lot to get my energy back. I'm sure it will do the same for you too. I also took iron for anemia, and felt much better once my hemoglobin/hematocrit were back to normal. Isn't it great to be off the meds? I am also still on Coumadin after seven months, but that is it. Three more months, and I will be off it. At 58, I feel the best I have in the last 10 years thanks to the Maze. My best to you as your progression continues.
