Gerald, I'm glad to hear that you are home. I would rather hear that you were running up and down the street, but that will come in time.
About the fast heart rate. This is sort of the SOP for post op Maze patients I think. There has been many on the board with the fast rate after surgery. Mine was about 110 to 120, and my surgeon told me to take a iron suppliment. I was anemic and he told me that, as soon as I got my blood built up the HR would go down, and he was right. You could ask your doctor about this. It worked for me in about a month or 6 weeks.
