I am having it on 4/5/02

Well..I haven't been here on the site for a few months. I have finally decided to go ahead and have it done. I have been in AF for 6 years with numebrous cardioversions and different meds. I guess there is so much positive about this operation...except that I am scared out of my mind. (I had a bad exerience and almost died in a hospital having a routine cesarean section with my daughter).....so I am very scared of possible complications going into the hospital for this.
Does anyone have some good, encouraging stories to tell me that will ease my mind?
