I think the most of us have the pac's but you have periodes with afib on the holter.In my opinion that is something different.Hopefully it is still a part of the healing.Before the maze procedure the surgeon told me that in a low percentage (2%-3%?)afib can return, initiated from a new focus in the scar tissue of the incisions made by the maze.Positive hereby is that this kind of afib is easily treated with low dosage of medication.But of course I hope you don't need any medication at all.
