Paul,

I hit 6 months last month on the 21st. I have had a few short periods of some funky beats but have been very stable for the past few weeks. I don't think what you are experiencing is abnormal. I have seen information that indicates that it may take as long as a full year for our hearts to completely recover from the MAZE.
