Nicely put, Mary. This board does give better insight into the maze than anyplace else. We have Jack to thank for that. Best of luck on your surgery. I can tell you that for me there was very little pain after surgery. For several days, I suppose they control it with drugs but I don't remember ever being in pain. You'll need some time to get your strength back but that will happen too and it will be accomplished with a steadily beating heart.
