Jim, I have had PACs, PVCs, and PATs since my MAZE surgery. However, I also had these before the MAZE along with A-Fib. It has been 2 1/2 years now since surgery and the good news is all these have greatly subsided. I do on occasion have to take a little atenolol for the PATs but not very often.
