Henry, The PAC's you usually don't feel too much but they show up on an EKG; the PVC's you do feel, a pause in your pulse followed by a thump or you could say they feel like a skipped heart beat; The PAT's will make you feel like your heart is racing which it is. My resting heart rate is 65 and when I have PATs my heart will beat 100 to 130 beats a minute while resting. This happens very rarely now. I think the MAZE surgery has helped this condition along with helping A-Fib (this is only my conjecture). Best regards, John W. Gross
