I agree in full with you Jack (of course). The title of my entry - "News" - is, in fact, meant to be somewhat ironic (perhaps a little too subtle to be obvious...). And, yes, I've finally come to realize that competition and prestigous battles are factors in place also in the medical field (unfortunately). I guess this realization only serves to emphasize the need for this board!
