If you are using "Internet Explorer" there is a synchronization feature. You can set this page up to be synchronized and set it to go one link deep. then as you are doing other things or even at a specific time like 4 in the morning, your computer can synchronize and "cache" the forum so it will load immediately no matter what the speed of your connection.
