One way to thin out this forum is to archive some of the posts under topics. So, for example, there can be a section of posts about "Recovery", "Types of MAZE surgery", "Medicines", etc. You could help in identifying posts that would be of value under a topical index. That could look like; "post #615 under topic of recovery" and then could be emailed to me (nsr@papergame.com) or even posted on the board.

Identifying topics would be helpful also.
