Any one had their Maze done by Dr. Barnes, Boise ID. I had sent him a summary of my AF. He called me this morning and spent about 45 minutes discussing my situation. He wants to keep my local Cardiologist in the loop. He askeds his patients stay for 2 weeks so he can follow up before going home and wants a follow up visit 2 months postop. He has done 50 procedures 3 of which were pure AF. The others have had other heart problems associated with the surgery. Dr. Barnes, Millar and Cox were all in residency together. Since Boise is a lot closer I might consider going to Dr Barnes. Any comments?
