Joe's Maze was on 12-6-01 @ CC. Surgery was successful, Joe went into NSR during surgery and remained until 12-23-01. He began having pain in his
right side that extended to his lower right back. He got up on 12-23-01, ate breakfast, took meds, and began
to use his breathing spirometer, second try, he had terrible pain and was unable to take a deep breath,the pain was so bad, he felt his heart go out of NSR. We
headed to hospital, his Heart rate was rapid and he was in terrible pain from his right side. He remained in the hospital until 12-29-01. He was diagnosed with
post cardiotomy syndrome, after the doctors ruled out many other things. He presently is in NSR and heart seems to be GOOD!! However, he is unable to eat much,
and is belching excessively, with continued pain in right side. Has anyone ever had these symptoms??
