TC, it is good to see you back and doing well.
I think being anemic coming out of surgery is the norm. I know I was and several others. I was also on high potency iron until my blood levels came up.
As far as the PAC'S and PVC's I can't tell you about mine. I don't remember having any.
Some of the post mazers do and I thing they usually get much better, or stop in time.
