Update: Striving towards the MAZE

Greetings!

(Wow, hope I didn't post this twice!) I wanted to send a post to share a little update. I send a letter and medical records release to Dr. McCarthy's office a couple weeks ago. THEY CALLED ME TODAY!

They are requesting some specific records and what-not, and will be getting back to me. Step one!

I also sent Dr. McCarthy's bio to my cardiologist and asked him to consider Dr. M as a consulting doc - since he is going to send me to a specialist, why not him? Just in case I can get my doc to cooperate.

Otherwise, thanks to those out there who told me I can self refer! Thank you for walking me through the details I didn't know and supporting me - I am praying that things just move along as they should!

Hopefully, I am on the way now. Thanks, again, everyone who has helped me along the way.
